Every endpoint is documented at /docs on your API base URL. Usex-api-key for service-to-service calls.

Custom domains

Add a CNAME for support.yourcompany.com pointing at tenants.altishelpdesk.com, then add the domain in your workspace settings. We'll provision an ACM certificate via DNS validation automatically.
